While we have no way of knowing what converter is in a Dutchmen Adirondack trailer, you can use the following:

The 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # K08-426-91 is the only option we have that's rated for a 4K axle. This uses parts designed for a #84 spindle so if that's what you have then it will work great!
Here are the bearings and seals used for this hub and drum assembly:
Inner Bearing - # L68149
Outer Bearing - # L44649
Grease Seal - # 58846 (1.719" ID and 2.565" OD)

Based on what we could find, the AL-KO 8490 is a 3,500 lb axle, and your info stating the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and 10" x 2-1/4" drum size supports that as well.
I do recommend verifying what you need by taking apart your current hub assembly and looking at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.
